Understand the Behaviour. Build Better Training.
BOSS Co. Dog Training & Boarding recognizes that every dog is different. Led by Behaviour Specialist Brett Young, we provide personalized training tailored to your dog’s individual needs, backed by more than 10 years of experience.
Custom-Designed Training Center: Our training centre in Embro, Ontario, is designed for dogs and their owners, with 86,000 sq. ft. of training space, specialized equipment and a welcoming environment that supports comfort, inclusivity and progress.
-
Specialized Training Programs: Our programs are built around your family and your dog’s behaviour, because there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on their needs, training may include one-on-one sessions, group classes, or day play and socialization at our boarding facility, giving dogs opportunities to practise skills like leash walking and recall in real-world environments while building confidence and awareness.
-
Positive Reinforcement Techniques: We believe in the power of positive reinforcement to create lasting behaviour change. We use rewards-based training methods to motivate and build confidence and trust.
-
Experienced Trainers: Our team of experienced trainers is dedicated to helping you and your dog succeed. With a deep understanding of canine behaviour and training techniques, we'll work with you to address behavioural issues and achieve your training goals.
Training and Pricing
Please note: Prices are subject to change and may vary based on factors such as training duration, complexity, and special accommodations.
- We recommend starting with a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation to discuss your pet's well-being, your challenges, and your goals. This allows us to provide a personalized solution, tailored product recommendations, and expert guidance for a healthier furry companion.
Professional Dog Training
Every training program begins with a behavioural assessment to help us understand your dog’s personality, temperament and training needs. From there, we create a personalized plan and give you practical strategies you can begin using right away.
Aggression & Behaviour Modification
Support for dogs experiencing aggression or more complex behavioural concerns. Our approach begins with understanding what may be driving the behaviour, then developing personalized strategies based on your dog, their environment and their individual needs.
Obedience & Board and Train Programs
Build stronger communication, better manners and greater confidence through structured training designed around your dog’s needs. Choose from progressive obedience classes or a more immersive Board & Train experience.
